HCHS Vocal Music
Welcome to Horizon Vocal Music Department!
The primary goal of our department is to worship the Lord through music. The second is to educate and help students acquire and understanding of the value of music, choral literature and style. Students will attain musical knowledge, vocal production skills, critical thinking skills, independent and corporate performance skills, while working toward a common goal.
They will perform at least five times a year if not more. This will include a "Night of Worship", Christmas Concert, Solo Ensemble competition, and a "Night of Pops" at Horizon.
It is my desire to develope more than one performing group. Our current group is an ensemble that is by audition only. If you have a desire to participate please let the staff know and they will contact me.
